This
firm is wholly (100%) black owned and is incorporated as such with
Companies & Intellectual Property Registration Office (CIPRO), with
a view to expanding into a partnership soon, by offering shareholding
to the current employees and other professionals who can add value. The
idea is to escalate present professional assistants to partners. At all
material times, this firm will remain black owned in all respects,
however we have entered into a “strategic alliance” with Cliffe Dekker
Inc. in order to facilitate transfer of skills to us, in areas where,
for historical and other reasons, we do not posses same.
